Spano CPM was founded in 1987 and has spent nearly four decades earning the trust of commercial property owners and managers throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Today we manage over 1.3 million square feet of commercial real estate — and we do it with the same hands-on, relationship-first approach our founder Steve Spano built the company on.
We believe property managers and owners deserve a single, trusted partner — not a different vendor for every problem. That's why we've built a business model around being that one call for everything.
Matt Spano
Matt started working for his father at age 15, learning the family trade from the ground up. He ultimately assumed ownership of Spano CPM and has since integrated modern technology and quality reporting tools that bring a new level of transparency to clients. Matt graduated from Kansas State University, and is a Motorsport Photographer (@MattSpanoPhoto).

Before starting Spano CPM in 1987, Steve served as president of a national food distribution company, bringing deep business management experience to the venture. Steve founded the company and continues to serve as an active advisor.
