Spano Commercial Property Maintenance is Owned and Operated by Steve and Matt Spano. Spano CPM, LLC currently maintains over 1.6 Million Sqft of commercial real estate throughout the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex. Our services range from porter service to demos and build-outs. We strive to make it easy for our customers to do business, by giving them one person to call for any problem or opportunity that they may encounter. Spano CPM, LLC has licensed specialty trade businesses that we work with should the need arise for something we cannot handle in house.

Steve Spano
Before starting his own business, Steve, was the president of a national food distribution company and brought his wealth of knowledge running, and managing businesses to Spano CPM, LLC. Steve founded Spano CPM, LLC and currently still serves an active role in its success. Outside of Spano CPM, LLC Steve serves on the Board of Director's of RiverTree Church.

Matt Spano
Matt started working for his dad when he was just 15 years old, learning the trade of the family business. Matt left for a short time to pursue a career in Law Enforcement, only to return after he married his wife Kristina. He returned and ultimately assumed part ownership in the company and is a valuable asset to the company. Outside of Spano CPM, LLC Matt is heavily involved in local and state politics.
